Gateway Industrial Park
Gateway Industrial Park is located directly off of I 95 on Exit 42 and ideal for distribution, light manufacturing, or large scale retail. The site is called Gateway because the location is the first area a visitor to the Golden Isles will encounter. The Development Authority owns the site, and very competitive pricing and incentives are available to the right prospect. Exit 42 is one of the last completely undeveloped exits on I 95.
The overpass was recently completely rebuilt, and the site is less than a mile to Interstate 95 and has rapid access – there are no stop signs or traffic signals before getting on the interstate.
